I had an opportunity to work with Reshma on a complex research project on Multigenerational Diversity.
Rarely do we find a partner who comes in with the right combination of, subject matter expertise; execution focus and flexibility, which is what Reshma brings to the table that makes the working experience truly a “wow”. She is very articulate and engages in candid and explorative discussions right from the initial stages which ensures that there is clarity on the requirements from the very beginning before she gets started and this process ensures that the rest of the working relationship is smooth. Her thought process in being able to identify the underlying patterns in qualitative research are extremely value adding.
Would look forward to an opportunity to work with her again and explore many more untapped areas such as subconscious research and sensorial exploration which is really Next!!!
