Founder : Reshma Bachwani 


Experience
: Reshma has spent the last decade seeking insights on consumer behavior, studying cultures and advising companies on their marketing & communication strategies. Her career spans stints at The Nielsen company, Research International, chlorophyll brand & communication consultancy & TNS India finally culminating into consulting independently. She operates under the name ‘illume’.

ExpertiseTrained as a clinical hypnotherapist in Europe she specializes in applying subconscious approaches to unearthing more meaningful consumer insights. Other areas of interest – translating consumer insights to a brand’s communication strategy, design research, online research, creative ideation workshops


Writing assignments : She is the author of two award winning research papers (subconscious research & design research) and has contributed research articles to to Quirks, InBrief (an AQR UK publication), Management Next, Research International’s global initiative Digital Lives. Has been a trend-spotter for an international online magazine for the past one year, reporting consumer trends in Bangalore & India


Teaching assignments : Has mentored students at The National Inst. Of Design (NID) on user research methods for the new product development process. Conducted research training sessions for brand planners at chlorophyll and workshops on ‘creative visualization’ at an MBA institute in Bangalore.
